They are too good to just have one and each order comes with five bonuts. If you’re ordering for the table we’d recommend you get a plate to split between every two people. The biscuits are beaten so they’re dense and not as crumbly as say a buttermilk biscuit, so it made a good base for the huge piece of chicken on top! It was definitely large and I ended up being that person who had to carry a take away bag all day, but I have a really hard time wasting food, so toting it around it was! We had a full kitchen in our airbnb, so I was able to save a couple bucks on another breakfast by heating up the leftovers the next morning.īut I got a little ahead of myself, because before we got our highly anticipated East Nasty we just had to try Biscuit Love’s Bonuts! Bonuts are fried biscuit dough with lemon mascarpone and blueberry compote, and wow were they delicious. It probably wouldn’t even need the gravy but it was a welcome addition especially since we had never had sausage gravy. We were literally drooling over the chicken and biscuits after surviving on vending machines and Grey Hound Terminal restaurants, so seeing the dish before our very own eyes was an exciting moment, lol! Our Uber driver wished us luck as we hopped out of the car and into the line. When we got to Biscuit Love’s location in The Gulch area of Nashville there was already a line wrapping around the building. A big part of our Nashville trip was FOOD, so when we heard about the long lines that form in front of Biscuit Love we knew it was something we wanted to try.
